Cecilia Solorzano Co-Founding Partner Broker Cecilia Solorzano oversees the sales operations for Suma Luxury Realty. As not only the broker but co-founding partner of Suma Luxury Realty she manages the sales team by closely supervising the sales team’s numerous sales and rentals. In addition she plays an integral part in coordinating all the closings. In conjunction with her business partner they oversee the sales and marketing elements of the Company. Previously operating as Setai Realty, the Company transitioned to its new name and ownership in April 2014. Mrs. Solorzano actively joined the Setai Group’s in house sales team in December 2000. As Sales Manager, she supervised the sales team that sold out the Setai building making it one of the most successful developments in the history of South Beach. Then in 2004 the need arose to open a brokerage that would service the original Setai owners. Setai Realty was founded and she became managing director and broker for Setai Realty. Since 1998 Cecilia Solorzano has been involved in over $600,000,000 of sale and rentals. Prior to joining The Setai, Mrs. Solorzano worked at Terremark, Inc., a real estate development company in Miami where she held various positions in the realty, development, marketing and public relations departments. She worked closely with the sales directors of major development projects such as Grove Hill and Fortune House. Her duties included coordination of closings with the construction department, loaning bank, attorneys, buyers and agents. Mrs. Solorzano was an integral part of the marketing of both of these projects. A graduate of Florida International University, Mrs. Solorzano holds a double major in Marketing and International Business. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1999. She was a Realtor Associate from 1999 to 2004 and has been a Real Estate Broker since 2004.
Ronit Perez Co-Founding Partner Ronit Perez plays an integral role within Suma Luxury Realty. As not only a sales associate but co-founding partner of Suma Luxury Realty she oversees the Company’s financial operations and together with her business partner they oversee the sales and marketing elements of the Company. Previously operating as Setai Realty, the Company transitioned to its new name and ownership in April 2014. Mrs. Perez actively joined Setai Realty’ sales team in 2010 and has excelled in the real estate field. In just the two year period of mid-2013 to mid-2015 she has achieved over $65,000,000 in sales and rentals of luxury condominium properties. Mrs. Perez is also a managing director of The Setai Hotels & Resorts, a company she has been a part of since 2000 when the brand’s flagship property in Miami’s South Beach was first conceived. Currently, Mrs. Perez oversees all facets of the development process as the brand expands worldwide. Prior to joining The Setai’s various companies, Mrs. Perez was the contract and escrow account manager for Sasson on the Ocean, a real estate development in Miami Beach, Florida. The years prior while living in Bogotá, Colombia, she co-owned Rosamina, a rose farm, and oversaw the company’s activities during the annual International Flower Expo. Mrs. Perez attended Florida International University and later continued her studies in accounting in Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. She is a Florida-licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
